| House Rules | The main building is a renovated old house and therefore lacks accessible facilities, please be mindful of the large staircase. Indoor lighting is kept to a minimum. We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience. According to the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited throughout the premises. Please reconsider before making a reservation if you are a smoker. Pets are only allowed in outdoor areas. Please refrain from making loud noises outdoors during the night. Do not intrude into other houses (in the neighboring residential area). During consecutive stays, cleaning services are not provided. If cleaning services are required, a fee of 6,600 yen will be charged. (Cleaning takes approximately 2.5 hours) If you damage any furniture in the public spaces or guest rooms, or soil the bedding, additional cleaning and compensation fees will be charged. In such cases, please contact us immediately. Our cleaning staff will address the issue promptly. Thank you for your cooperation. |
